Looking for someone to open the dock on Friday 8/8

Court reverses earlier decision on America’s Cup

The winds of change have again blown the 33rd America's Cup yacht race in another direction. The race has been in and out of court since the Swiss team Alinghi defended the cup successfully in 2007. Today's 3-2 decision by the Appellate Division New York Supreme Court ruled in favor of Club Nautico Espanol de Vela as the challenger or record, reversing a November 2007 decision that named Golden Gate Yacht Club as the challenger.
